The Bourbon City Guest of the Week, Mike Mountjoy, is heading up the Louisville City FC stadium project, which had its crowd-pleasing ribbon-cutting in, of course, Butchertown last week. Mountjoy, one of the people who gets things done in our city, talks about the stadium construction schedule and offers reasons for the surprising popularity of soccer in the city.

And there’s the amazing story of Food Network star Madeleine Dee, who appeared on the EatDrinkTalk podcast this week.
I’m happy to welcome a new/old sponsor as the Eye Care Institute returns to the show, and I’ll be chronicling my LASIK journey on the show. Thanks also to Passport Health Plan, the Louisville Convention and Visitors Bureau and Heuser Health for making the “Ville’s most interesting podcast possible.
